9 Reps isn’t a lot, but 90 is a tad crazy. And depending on how the weight is for you, this could go south very very quickly. 6 and 3. 5 and 4. 3 by 3. Whatever you choose is the right way to go, but BE consistent. Have a plan and stick to it.
Double unders are quick. So turn them over as quick as you can and get back to work on those thrusters. If you need to break up the double unders, cool, 20-15 is what is sitting in my head if I need to pace myself.
Set your space up so you can transition quickly. Multiple transitions in this one so making them efficient is can save you time.
