Fitness and Workouts
Trip participants will get to experience 5 days of high intensity, functional workouts on the beautiful beaches of Costa Rica.
Workouts will be led by me, Coach Donny Gallegos, and will be filled with fun, sweat, teamwork, and the rewards of a dip in the Pacific Ocean afterward.
Workouts will be done with minimal equipment, focusing on building strength, lean muscle & cardiovascular endurance using our body weight.
Adventure & Explore
In your free time explore the 683 hectares in Manuel Antonio National Park. The park and its rainforest is host to sloths, iguanas, and monkeys.
Rent a surfboard, find a local yoga class, or surf the waves to continue your healthy, relaxed lifestyle that Costa Rica is known for.
There are few places in the world where you can experience both jungle and incredible tropical beaches within walking distance from each other
