Today’s recovery and mobility session. Takes about 15 minutes. Give it a rip!
Today’s mobility session we are going after the Quads.
Start with 1 minute of couch stretch on each leg for measurement. Then go through these quad smashing movements on a roller.
1 Min Smash inside of quad (VMO)
1 Min Smash middle of quad knee to hip. (RecFem)
1 Min Smash Outside of quad NOT your IT BAND!!! (
Do the same thing on the opposite
Roll Up and Down. Roll Side to Side. Flex and extend your leg repeatedly as you hit each position.
Finish with couch stretch again to see the range you created.
